It was a perfect Saturday afternoon at Greenwood Mall. The shopping center was packed with weekend crowds when a calm, well-dressed Black woman in her forties walked into a high-end jewelry store. No one could have guessed that in the next few minutes, the entire mall would fall into stunned silence.
